Effective August 14, 2026

BreakerMap Home does not collect personal data, diagnostic data, usage data, location, contacts, identifiers, or photos. It has no account system, advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Photos, labels, property details, and instructions are stored locally on your device. Apple Vision analyzes visible text and image geometry on-device. BreakerMap does not send this content to the developer or to a third-party AI service.

When you choose to export or share an image or PDF, iOS presents its standard share sheet. You control the recipient and service. The privacy practices of that chosen service apply after sharing.

BreakerMap does not sell data and does not use data for advertising or profiling. If future versions change these practices, this page and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated first.

Support

Simple answers for safe documentation.

Does BreakerMap operate equipment?

No. It documents visible equipment and user-authored instructions; it never operates breakers, valves, meters, or appliances.

Why do breaker outlines need review?

Apple Vision provides editable suggestions. Real panels vary, so you must check and accept the layout before the panel can appear in a report.

Can I use it for rentals?

Yes. Remote controls, filters, shutoffs, fixtures, and appliance instructions can be documented for guests, family, or service professionals.

Is it a substitute for a professional?

No. Verify electrical, gas, water, generator, and shutoff instructions with the owner, utility, manufacturer, or a qualified professional.
